Saturday, February 7 Hello Yellow!
8:30 AM - 2 PM
Kick-off the 2015 Forsythia Festival with the Hello Yellow celebration at Dairy Queen, 200 N. Lee Street, Forsyth. Come get you vehicles painted and gear up to paint the town yellow.
Purchase a Forsythia Festival t-shirt, forsythia bows, Hello Yellow bottons, and other forsythia decorations. The local EMS Auxiliary will be hosting a pancake breakfast from 8:30am-10:00am in the adjoining Family Medicine Center parking lot.
Saturday, February 28 Harlem Ambassadors Basketball Comedy Show
For one night only, the Harlem Ambassadors are coming to town to take on our hometown team, the Forsythia Dawgs. The show will feature Harlem style basketball tricks and hilarious comedy fit for the whole family. There will be a free autograph session after the event. General Admission tickets are $10. Groups of 5+ are $8 each. Doors open at 6:20pm, show begins at 7:00pm. Location: Mary Persons High School Gymnasium, seating is limited. Sponsored by the Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber, 41 WMGT, and WLZN 92.3 FM.

Saturday, March 7 5K Color Run: Forsythia Festival Family Fun Day

Sponsored by Monroe Physical Therapy, at the Monroe County Recreation Department, 100 Dan Pitts Drive, Forsyth. Registration fees are $25. Runners registering before February 22 will receive a race day shirt to be colored during the race. After pre-registration, t-shirts can be ordered for an extra $5. Warm-up Zumba, 5K color run, inflatables for kids, food, and an after party concert make this the perfect event for the whole family.

The Fashion Show will feature locals modeling the styles of Ashley Marie's Boutique and West Mane Salon. Forsythia Tailgate Toss
(Cornhole Tournament)
11AM-Play Ends
The Forsythia Tailgate Toss is an official American Cornhole Organization satellite cornhole tournament. Winning team will receive an entry into the World Slyder Cup in Knoxville, TN this summer. Each team will consist of two players. There is a 32 team limit for the tournament. Play will begin promptly at 11am on March 14th, 2015 at The Farmer's Bank in Forsyth. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd. The Superhero Stroller Race

Make your debut in the first ever Superhero Stroller Race at the Forsythia Festival! The race will consist of two person teams, one in a baby stroller and one pushing, racing in heats, with double elimination until there is a winner! Entrance fee $30/team. For more information call (850) 240-2295.

Faith Fest - Live Concert!
7 PM
Celebrate music, faith, and our community with FaithFest, our faith-based concert. Monroe County residents can submit audition videos/cd's to compete for a chance to open for this year's band, 7eventh Time Down.
